Why Wemaflows exists
Somewhere in Kenya, someone wants to help.
Somewhere else, someone needs it.
Wemaflows exists to connect the two.
We built a bridge between generous hearts and neighbours in need, using the trusted shops already standing in every community. PPB-verified chemists and pharmacies for medicine. Vetted dukas and mama mboga stalls for food. Places people already know, run by people they already trust.
You give from wherever you are, Nairobi, Mombasa, or abroad. We match your gift to someone referred and vouched for by their own community, and route it to a verified shop near their home. They walk in, collect their medicine or groceries, and walk out, served like any other customer, because that's exactly what they are.
No labels. No spectacle. Just kindness, connected, and delivered with the dignity every person deserves.
The journey
Three roles. One simple act.
Mfadhili gives. Kituo holds the value. Jirani collects. No apps for the receiver, no delivery, no cash, just familiar commerce, used as conscience.
Mfadhili — the giver
You browse a real need or give where most needed. You pay via M-Pesa (or card from abroad) in under a minute.
Kituo — the partner shop
The nearest PPB-verified chemist or vetted duka holds the value. They already know your Jirani, they walk past every day.
Jirani — the neighbour
They walk in, show the code, and collect what was prepared. Nothing to pay, nothing to sign, no smartphone needed.
The shop makes a real sale. The neighbour is a customer, not a case.
How people get help
Nobody signs themselves up.
Receivers never touch the website. They arrive on Wemaflows the way most help happens in Kenya, through someone who already knows them.
- 01
Referred by someone trusted
A neighbour, community health volunteer, church, chief, or teacher tells us about a person in need. Our team verifies.
- 02
Onboarded and given a unique code
We create a one-of-a-kind collection code. If they have a phone, it arrives by SMS, if not, the referrer hands it over.
- 03
Matched to a shop near them
The system routes them to a verified chemist or duka already in their community. No queue, no forms, no fare to town.
Know someone who needs help?
You might be the trusted person we're waiting to hear from.
Send us their name, area, and what they need. Our team will follow up privately, verify, and onboard. We don't publish anyone's identity, ever.
How we keep it clean
Verified everything.
PPB-verified chemists
Every chemist and pharmacy on Wemaflows is licenced by the Kenya Pharmacy and Poisons Board. We check the registration number, not just the shop front.
Vetted dukas & vendors
Food and grocery Vituo are physically verified by our team or a trusted local partner before they're allowed to fulfil a single collection.
Funds held, not floated
Your payment sits in an escrow with the Kituo and releases only when they confirm the collection. We never hold or move cash to the Jirani.
Give your way
Alone, together, or as a company.
As a group or chama
Create a shared pool with a target and a link, friends chip in, one Jirani gets a full lift.
